How to make an order? Step-by-step instructions
Our online store is open every day except Sunday. You can order goods on the website around the clock, as well as from 10:00 to 21:00 by phone: + 375 (29) 325-54-42 (Velcom) and + 375 (29) 552-27-43 (MTC). For international calls: +375-29-325-54-42.
Before the actual delivery, the store administrator will contact you by phone and agree on the details of the order, as well as confirm the availability of goods in the required quantity. In case of absence of the product in stock, will offer an alternative replacement, and also provide all necessary information about the products available in stock.

How to place an order on Sendflowersd.by?
You can place an order for any product, in the description of which there is a button "Add to cart". When you click on this button, the product you have selected is placed in your personal list of favorite items, which is conventionally called the "custom cart" (you go to the "Cart" page, which will indicate the quantity and names of the products placed in the cart). Based on the contents of the custom cart, you can place an order at any time, in which you can include any of the items placed in the cart. You can view the contents of your cart at any time. To do this, click on the inscription "Cart" in the upper right corner. Placing an order also does not cause any difficulties. You can start this process from the custom cart by clicking the "Checkout" button. The stages of placing an order will be offered to you sequentially. At the last stage, you will be asked to check the correctness of all the order parameters (composition, delivery method, payment method, etc.), and in case of any inaccuracies, you can return to any stage of the order and change any of its parameters.
FIRST STEP OF THE CART
The order checkout stage begins when you, having worked with the user cart, click the "Checkout" button. The order being processed includes all the products present in the cart, and in the quantity that you specified for each product (to do this, enter the desired number in the "quantity" window opposite the product name). At any stage of the order checkout, you can go back and correct incorrectly entered data.
WHERE TO DELIVERY?
At the 2nd step, the system will ask you to confirm or re-enter your e-mail and the address to which the order should be delivered. Please note! It is better to indicate the recipient's last name, first name and patronymic name in full - in order to avoid misunderstandings when delivering the order. By clicking the "Continue" button, you will proceed to the 3rd step - to choosing the method of order delivery.

Delivery in Minsk
The goods are delivered daily, except Sundays from 13.00 to 21.00. In order for the goods to be delivered on the same day, you must place an order before 12.00. If you place an order after 12.00, the goods will be delivered the next day.
The cost of delivery in Minsk is 50,000 rubles (added to the order amount).
Delivery to the suburbs of Minsk
The cost of delivery is from 50,000 rubles. up to 150,000 depending on the distance of the settlement from Minsk. (specific conditions in this case are negotiated separately with the online store administrator.)

Delivery in Belarus
Flower products are not sent by mail.
Flower products are delivered by courier to any populated areas in the Republic of Belarus. The cost of courier delivery of flowers in Belarus is on average 250,000 and depends on the distance of the populated area from Minsk. (Specific conditions in this case are negotiated separately with the administrator of the online store.)
Delivery outside the Republic of Belarus
Delivery of flower products is carried out by courier delivery to the addressee in the required country of the world.
The service for delivery of flowers and gifts around the world is carried out thanks to direct contacts with floristic shops of the world. Our online store is part of the international flower delivery network Teleflora.
Please note that all payments in our store are made only in Belarusian rubles, prices in dollars are given for the convenience of customers who are not residents of the Republic of Belarus.

FOURTH STEP, PAYMENT METHODS
Cash payment - Youpay the courier at the time of delivery of your order. If the order needs to be delivered to the recipient at a different address, the courier can come to you for payment and then deliver the order to the recipient at the required address.
Cashless payment - to pay for an order by bank transfer, you need to go through all the stages of placing an order. Your order will be assigned a personal number in our system. Based on the received request, the online store administrator will contact you and send an invoice for payment of the goods by e-mail. The invoice received in electronic form must be printed out and provided to bank employees for payment.
Please confirm the fact of payment for the order by e-mail to info@sendflowers.by, indicating in the letter the information about the payment date, order number, full name, as well as the amount of payment made. EASY PAY - To pay for the goods via EasyPay, you must select the goods in our online store, indicate the identifier of your EasyPay e-wallet and place an order for the purchase of the goods. Based on the completed order, the online store generates an electronic invoice and transfers it to the EasyPay system in your name.
After placing an order, you must log in to the EasyPay system on the website: www.easypay.by and there, in a secure mode, pay the electronic invoices for previously placed orders. Using the capabilities of the EasyPay system, the online store reserves the right to control the payment for the purchase and can confirm or reject the order.

Payment through the savings bank - To pay for an order through the savings bank, you must go through all the stages of placing an order. Your order will be assigned a personal number in our system. Based on the received request, the administrator of the online store will contact you and send an invoice for payment of the goods by e-mail. The invoice received in electronic form must be printed out and provided to the savings bank employees for payment. Please confirm the fact of payment for the order by e-mail to info@sendflowers.by, indicating in the letter the information about the payment date, order number, full name, and the amount of payment made.
Postal transfer - You can pay for your order at any post office in the Republic of Belarus by transferring the cost of the order to our bank account. For this service, the post office will take from you about 10% of the transfer amount. Payment will be received on our bank account within a week. Please confirm the fact of payment for the order by e-mail to info@sendflowers.by, indicating in the letter the information about the payment date, order number, full name and amount of the payment, and also send a copy of the payment document so that we can start fulfilling your order without waiting for the money to be credited to our account.
